I got connected with Good News Home Improvement through one of my neighbor. I was really happy to get a new house just paying the deductible amount. Some of my neighbors going through the same claim process just like I have.

I was really satisfied how quickly Good News Home Improvement got involved in Claim process and the restoration process was completed pretty fast and I am satisfied all of the work was done on my house.

When the Adjustor from my Insurance Company came to my house for an inspection, the Adjustor had hard time climbing up my stiff roof. So when GNHI crew use the Rope and they helped the Adjustor to be on the roof, the Adjuster was very appreciative and not only that I think that was one of the reason why I got fully approved. And I like to give the credit to the GNHI crew who went out the extra miles to serve their customers.

Good News Home Improvement performed their craftsmanship on my house as they were doing for their own home with consideration of looking into every little detail like choosing the right type of a light fixture by my door. And I was so thrilled with the professional job they have performed on my house.

I have been considering to have my Roof replacement because of the age of my roof being too old and but was able to get approval for 2 of my sidings from my Insurance company. So I decided to replace my roof.  I especially appreciate my Sales Representative stayed through the job process and answered all my questions.

I had special request before the job started regards to my swimming pool being so close to the house…But Good News Home Improvement Crew came and protected all of my swimming pool area by putting covers to protect and I was convinced of their professionalism and was very satisfied.

Couple of the Window Screens were damaged while Renovation process. Good News Home Improvement crew repaired the damaged ones AND replaced my older screens as extra service.

We only got 2sidings approved from our Insurance company inspection process. Good News Home Improvement were able to replace all 4 siding with minimum additional cost.

I did not think my roof had any damages because I did not know what to look for. But I was so happy when Good News Home Improvement crew found all of the damages for the Adjustor from my insurance company and I felt like I won a lottery ticket!

I requested to have my Adjustment meeting on Weekends because I work during weekdays. Good News Home Improvement crew came out early Saturday morning and prepared for my inspectior and found the damages for the ADJ to approve my home.

I had a big pile of fire woods in right next to my fence, when I got home from work I still saw all my fire woods in the same place where I left it and all my Sidings were replaced with new sidings.

I was so thankful when Good News Home Improvement put Capping around my old wooden post without charging extra labor charge.

I have done siding renovation only last year with Good News Home Improvement and was very happy, so I decided to replace my roof this year. Good News Home Improvement were able to satisfy replacement of my roof. they still serve their customers to their satisfaction.

I left the Good News Home Improvement to finish job without requesting any of additional services. Later I found out they did check carefully throughout my house and finished up. And I would refer Good News Home Improvement to my friends relatives.

After few days of the construction have completed, Good News Home Improvement crew came out to see if everything was O.K. with all of the job they have done on my house. I really appreciated.

I was very impressed when the Good News Home Improvement crew cleaned up well througout my property.

And for a long time before I got my roof and sidings changed, most of my neighbors have already had their roof and sides changes but I didn’t know how even though I wanted to get mine changed too. I got mine changed for free from help of GNHI, thanks again. And whose employees who’ve worked to manage the constructions and answered my questions are very thankful to me too.

I saw them working on my neighbor’s house and I knew I could trust these guys. And as I thought, from claiming, there wasn’t anything that I had to worry about or concern.  They even took care of mortgage company problem. I got my new home without getting too stressed out from it!

I was uncertain at first but at the end of the construction, I knew I made a right decision. They never treated me carelessly. So I introduced them to my friend.

I never thought the construction would be done this early. I thought it’d take at least a week but they finished everything in a day and I got my new roof. They even paid me a visit during their busy hours for A/S and took care of it. I was amazed.

And I truly was pleased for them that they even cared for the nest on my eaves and had them stay there.

It wasn’t just roofing but I had them work on my interior paintings too. They were really skilled workers. So I had them work on my exterior paintings too. They were really different then any other contractors I have seen before. They were passionate for their work and I am very pleased with their work on my house.

After I came back home from work, I had to stand outside of my house staring at my roof for long time before I realized that it really was my house. And I am very happy that the color fits my tastes-my favorite color. I give them all the credits for doing such a great work.
